Are you looking for a fun and creative way to entertain your kids in the summer holidays? Come along to our Summer Music Workshops for 8-14 year-olds, happening across Cumbria this August.
You don’t need to be able to play an instrument and it’s a great chance to learn something new and make music together.
Millom (Beggars Theatre) Fri. 15th and Sat. 16th Aug. 10am-4pm Maryport (The Settlement) Sun. 17th and Mon. 18th Aug. 10am-4pm Kirkby Stephen (The Club) Tues. 19th and Wed. 20th Aug. 10am-4pm Alston (Town Hall) Thurs. 21st 10am-4pm and Fri. 22nd Aug. 10am-1pmThe sessions are led by professional musicians from the excellent Bollywood Brass Band, who’ve played at many festivals in the UK and internationally.
Instruments will be provided – but if you already play an instrument, bring it along.Cost – £20 per two-day workshop. £10 if eligible for free school meals. Free to look after children.
