Creativity, Fun & Confidence
Hello, we are the Beggars Wot Write, Creative Writing Group. We meet every Tuesday 1.30pm – 3.30pm We pay £2 per session and .50p for tea/coffee.
The group is self led and we encourage each other to write great stories, poems, scripts and verse.
We use a variety of stimuli to oil the cogs and get the creative juices flowing and we enjoy sharing our creations with the group every week or often onstage at The Beggar’s.
Since the group began 2 years ago, we have written a variety of fact, fiction through different genres such as ‘fantasy’, ‘faritytale’, ‘horror’, ‘comedy’. ‘eortic’ and children to name but a few. We challenge ourselves and we enjoy each others company. We learn from each other and critique each other.
